JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Cleaning Manager to start working ASAP. Tsebo Solutions Group requires the services of reputable Cleaning Manager. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;

• Must have Matric / Grade 12
• Must have relevant tertiary (Degree, Certificate or Diploma) in Retail, Operations / Retail Management, or related field
• Must have proven experience in cleaning operations and staff supervision; managing multiple sites is an advantage

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:  

The applicant must have the following skills and competences

• Must have strong knowledge of cleaning processes and hygiene standards
• Must have ability to interpret SLAs and conduct site audits
• Must have basic understanding of HR procedures and labour legislation
• Must have Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:

• To manage cleaning teams at a particular site, ensuring performance and attendance standards are consistently met.
• To build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
• To manage cleaning materials and stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment.
• To use a labour management system (e.g.) PRP to plan and schedule labour to meet operational requirements.
• To address HR matters including discipline, grievances, and performance management.
• To conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
• To support contract retention through consistent service and client satisfaction.
