JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Forklift Driver to start working ASAP. Food Lover’s Market requires the services of reputable Forklift Driver. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric
- Must have driver licence: Forklift operator
- Must have experience: Forklift Driver
- Within 25km from job
- Must have clear criminal record
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have communication skills
- Must have excellent health
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To load and off-load trucks daily.
- Moving of stock
- To complete daily forklift checklist before operating the machines.
- To keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- To report any discrepancies.
- To communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
- To maintain compliance to all health & safety standards.
- Be able to do the same tasks again and again with energy to keep things going well.
- Use what you know about grocery items to handle them correctly and put them in the right place.
- To work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy periods, to meet distribution demands.
- To pay attention to details, double-checking product codes, labels, and placement.
