The SPAR Group is inviting applications for the 2026/27 Supply Chain Management Learnership at the SPAR North Rand Distribution Centre in Gauteng. This 12-month learnership offers unemployed youth the opportunity to gain practical workplace experience and a nationally recognised qualification.
A total of 50 learners will be selected for this programme.

Programme Overview
Learners will be based at the SPAR North Rand Distribution Centre for the full duration of the programme. The learnership combines structured theoretical training with hands-on workplace experience, preparing participants for careers in:

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:

Have Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Be currently unemployed
-
Not be studying towards another qualification
-
Be between 18 and 34 years of age
