REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Education: ABET Level 4 / Standard 8 / Grade 10

• Basic literacy, numeracy, and communication skills

• Ability to read and write

• Ability to operate elementary machines and equipment

• Knowledge of:

  • Storage requirements

  • Operating and cleaning of machines

• Willingness to work extended hours when required

• Ability to interact professionally with colleagues and officials

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Basic planning and organising skills

DUTIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Performing general maintenance and repairs on campus

• Conducting regular building inspections

• Carrying out basic plumbing and electrical repairs

• Maintaining office equipment and furniture

• Safekeeping of maintenance tools and supplies to prevent loss

• Ensuring tools and equipment remain in good working condition
