The South African Police Service (SAPS), in partnership with the Safety and Security Sector Education and Training Authority (SASSETA), has officially opened applications for the 2026 Graduate Internship Programme.

This 12-month internship programme aims to provide unemployed graduates with valuable workplace experience in administrative and specialised areas within the police service.

✅ Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this internship programme you must:

• Be an unemployed South African graduate

• Have a Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher)

• Be 18 – 35 years old

• Have no previous internship experience

• Have a clear criminal record

• Apply within the province where you live

Applicants must submit:

• Updated CV

• Certified copy of ID

• Certified qualification certificates

• Academic transcripts

⚠ Documents must be certified within the last 6 months.

2️⃣ Complete the form carefully and include the reference number of the post.

3️⃣ Submit your application by hand delivery to the relevant:
