PROGRAMME PURPOSE

The Bank Better Champion Learnership is an entry-level opportunity designed to give South African youth a foot in the door within the banking sector. The programme focuses on developing energetic, service-driven individuals with a strong interest in client service and digital banking, preparing them for a career in retail banking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Interaction:
  Welcome clients and manage branch flow to ensure efficient and friendly service.

• Digital Banking Support:
  Assist clients with Capitec’s digital platforms, including the Capitec App, USSD, ATMs and self-service terminals.

• Service Excellence:
  Deliver a professional and positive “Bank Better” client experience.

• Transaction Support:
  Help clients at ATMs and self-service points to reduce queues and improve turnaround times.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate

Experience

• No prior work experience required
  (Ideal for first-time job seekers)

Citizenship

• South African citizen

Skills

• Basic computer literacy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
